How to Fail an Appointment
If for some reason, once the appointment has been booked that the work can’t be undertaken the appointment can be failed. There are 2 ways it can be failed
- During the work the operative can fail the job by going to the ‘Fail Jobs page’ on the app
- On the scheduler, once booked right click and a menu will show a Fail option-
When you fail an appointment it will remain on the scheduler. You can then select Re-Plan to move it back to the main list and reallocate it accordingly.
