How to Fail an Appointment

If for some reason, once the appointment has been booked that the work can’t be undertaken the appointment can be failed. There are 2 ways it can be failed

  1. During the work the operative can fail the job by going to the ‘Fail Jobs page’ on the app
  2. On the scheduler, once booked right click and a menu will show a Fail option-

When you fail an appointment it will remain on the scheduler. You can then select Re-Plan to move it back to the main list and reallocate it accordingly.
