- Select the Compliance page.

- Select the type of compliance you need to create.
- If new, they will all show Empty with the status as Pending.
- Select the Title (shown in gold) and you will be taken to that compliance page.
- Add in all the relevant information and save.

- You will then need to submit the compliance.
- At the top of the page you will see ‘Pending’.
- Select the dropdown.

This compliance has now been submitted to Evander for verification and an email will have been sent to Evander and you to confirm.
Once Evander has verified that all documents are correct your compliance will be move into a status of Compliant and you will received an email to let you know.
Expiring Compliance
When the expiry date for the compliance is within 8 weeks the status will be moved to ‘Expiring Soon' and an email will be sent to both Evander and you to notify you that a you need to update.
To update any compliance, select the one you require by going into the Partner Home and the Compliance page and following the same steps as new compliance.
Non-Compliant
There are 2 ways you can be non-compliant.
- Your documents haven’t been updated within the time and the system will automatically move you into a ‘Non-Compliant’ status.
- When your documents are being verified there is an issue and Evander has moved you into a ‘Non-Compliant' status.
Within both cases, you will receive an email notification that you are Non-Compliant and you need to take steps to rectify this as you will not receive any appointments until you are back in a compliant state.
