Partner Creation
Profile Creation
When a new Partner is created you will need to set up 2 profiles. One will be for Admin and the other for Operative. To do this:
- Go to Admin
- Select Profiles
- Click on the + button to Add New
- Name the Profile
- Select Save
Manage Group Access
When you have saved you will be taken to the Profile Settings page. You now need to add the Manage Group Access and Component Profile. To do this
- Select ‘Manage Group Access’
- Find the name of the Group you want this profile to have access to.
- Select the icon on the right of the name
- At the top of this page in Org Group Permission Template select Partner Admin
- You will be asked to confirm that you want to set this as the groups template.
- Select ‘Yes’
Component Profile
You can now add in the Component Profile. To do this:
- Select ' Component Profiles'
- On the list tick Partner Admin Template.
You have now set up your profile for that Partner.
When adding in users for that Partner us the profile associated with them.
Operatives.
To set up a profile for the operatives, complete the same steps as above.
- Add a new Profile
- In the Manage Group Access use ‘Partner Operative’ in the Org Group Permission Template dropdown:
- In the Component Profiles, tick ‘Partner Operative Template’
Add to Evander Profile
Once the Partner is set up, to allow this to be seen in the Evander Profile you need:
- Select Evander:

- Select Manage Group Access:

- Select the Partner that needs adding:

- Select Evander Admin from the dropdown:
When you act as Evander you should now be able to view the Partner.
